I came in for a gold bangle hinge repair. I left my bangle there for a quote not expecting anything and waited to receive a quote. I had gone to other shops and received quotes before then and was shocked at how good the quote that Arlene gave me was. She said it would take a week for the repair but it was ready much sooner than that! They were great! Reasonably priced and most importantly good people! The work they did on the bangle was great too! I am so happy and definitely a fan for life! Highly recommend the business!

Richard is awesome - my fiancé worked with Richard to design my engagement ring - and it is stunning! We returned IDI to purchase our wedding bands. Richard made my wedding band custom to perfectly match my engagement ring - I love it! My future husband's wedding band turned out great as well. We will be returning to IDI anytime we purchase jewelry!

My family has used IDI for many many years. My husband purchased my 10 year anniversary ring there 20 years ago and I still love it. I lost a stone and Richard replaced it for me and made it look like new. I then broke the band because the gold had gotten thin and again Richard repaired it for me and at no charge. The service is outstanding and the jewelry is beautiful. I am now trying to work with them to design a couple pieces using my diamond from my wedding ring in combination with my mothers diamond and I am confident Richard will do an awesome job for me. I have been going to international diamond for 30 years and there's a reason for that customer service honesty and fair prices if you buy something from Richard or Arlene or Georgia or any of the other staff they are courteous genuine and it's hard to find that type of service anymore and their return policies are outstanding they're not happy till you're happy

I recently received a 10 year wedding anniversary gift from my husband who contacted IDI to custom make an anniversary band. Not only was my ring gorgeous, but Arlene was phenomenal to work with. she listened to our ideas and created a one of a kind masterpiece. We've been customers for a long, long time and that's because of the exceptional service Richard and Arlene provide. They really do treat you like family.

I inherited my grandmother's diamond ring. The stone had a crack and several other jewelers said it would crumble if I tried to fix it. I took it to International diamond importers and they were able to fix it and keep the stone intact. It is now perfect! They also put a new shank on it and now it is a brand new ring which I look forward to passing on to my grandchild. They are miracle workers! My husband also got my engagement ring there. They are wonderful to deal with.

I was looking for a new setting for an engagement stone I received 41 years ago. I was referred to the store by my dad. Arlene was totally amazing. She spent so much time with me explaining the different settings and helped me find the perfect one she seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. They did a lovely job re-designing a ring left to me by my grandmother. The ring I was willed was chunky and outdated. The ring they designed for me based on some inspiration pictures was exactly what I wanted. Now it is a beautiful piece that I can wear daily and remember my grandma with.
